How It Began

I started in the yachting industry as a stewardess, eventually taking on the organization of private and charter yacht interiors. Creating systems that allowed high-demand environments to function smoothly and efficiently only reinforced my belief in how deeply a space affects the way people feel, move, and function within it — and how much our environment shapes our sense of nourishment, ease, and true luxury.

How It Went

Over time, that work expanded into residential organization, where I continued helping people create spaces that felt more supportive, functional, and aligned with their real needs.

Along the way, simple, fresh cooking became the foundation for the steadiness and clarity I was looking for in my own life.

What began as a personal practice eventually became FeedingWisdom — a digestion-centered approach to cooking rooted in Ayurveda and practical daily nourishment.

How It's Going

Today, my work brings both worlds together. Through intentional organization and simple, grounding cooking, I help people create environments that support clarity, nourishment, rhythm, and everyday well-being.
